Who can become a partner?

Vets, Business Managers & Head Nurses

Vets

  • A minimum of 7 years experience as a veterinarian, 5 years considered in circumstances in which exceptional work and leadership skills have been demonstrated
  • An appreciation for the business side of running a successful practice and openness to being mentored in best business practice
  • Passionate about practicing excellence in pet care and delivering excellent customer service
  • Organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ready to begin the next, exciting stage of your veterinary career!

Business Managers

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a business manager
  • An appreciation for the business side of running a successful practice, and openness to being mentored in best business practice
  • Organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about pet health and wanting to become a leader within your local community
  • Ready to begin the next, exciting stage  of your veterinary career!

Head Nurses

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a head nurse
